Overview
The portfolio distribution has gotten way heavier on the cash side due to my passive investment habits throughout the period:
There will be no savings tracking for the month of April since i need to restart my tracking habits in general. The portfolio itself stands at 62239.82 euros. Mintos and stocks still have a rather even part of the pot.
Mintos has been a reliable platform so far with the interest rates fluctuating around the 10-12% mark for my selected loan originators. From the 5.96 euros i had made by the last update the earnings are now at 252.70 euros. Averaging it out we can see that the monthly earnings have been at 35.25 euros. This number does not show the snowball effect the investment is slowly creating. Compared to from where i started there is 252.70 euros extra now that are earning me 10%+ additional interest per year. It is still exciting to see how the investment slowly gains momentum.
In April i received my first dividends from stocks. Tallinna Kaubamaja had a good year and paid out a record 71 cents per stock. This meant a refreshing 149.81 euro addition into my passive income stash. In May my other stock will also have a dividend payout and it is of a decent size.
I have yet to readjust my goals for the year 2019 due to the thought of possibly paying back my mortgage fully to become truly debt free and continue investing without the thought at the back of my mind of whether to take the risks with money that could be invested into my home instead.
